I found out about Yaam on the Alternative Berlin – free walking tour that I went on which is a great way to spend a few hours in Berlin. You can find out about it here Whether you want to grab some food from the Caribbean and African food trucks, hang out at the beach bar, attend one of the many music events or just check out some of the street art within the space. Yaam is a great place to hang out and is an important part of Berlin’s leisure culture.
The weather was not great at all while I was in Berlin, so it was pretty much empty when I came here. I would love to have been able to check this place out on a nice sunny day, and spend some time hanging out at the beach bar. Instead I just had a wander and took some photos of the art.
